Who we are

Dispatrust is an independent truck dispatch service for motor carriers. Dispatrust is not a freight broker, freight forwarder, shipper or motor carrier, and does not hold or act under operating authority of its own. Carriers we work with use their own MC authority and USDOT registration.

The website is information, not an offer

This website describes our services in general terms. It is not a contract and not an offer to provide service. Dispatch service starts only when a carrier and Dispatrust sign a written dispatch agreement, and that agreement controls if anything here differs from it.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any number of loads, miles, rates, revenue or income. Broker checks rely on publicly available information, which can be incomplete or out of date, and we do not guarantee any broker’s identity, conduct or payment. Each carrier makes its own final decisions about loads and brokers.

Not legal, tax or financial advice

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. For questions about your authority, insurance, contracts or taxes, talk to a qualified professional.

Use of the website

You may read and share this website for normal personal and business purposes. Please don’t misuse it, try to break it, or copy its content to pass it off as your own. The Dispatrust name and logo belong to Dispatrust.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Dispatrust is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. This does not limit anything agreed in a signed dispatch agreement.
