This page explains, in plain English, what Dispatrust does with information on this website and in our email. Short version: we only see what you send us, and we use it to answer you and to dispatch your trucks.
What this website collects
- No cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts.
- The contact form does not send anything to us by itself. It only opens your own email app with a message filled in. Nothing reaches us unless you press send there.
- Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability.
What you send us by email
If you email us, we receive what you choose to include, for example your name, company, MC and USDOT numbers, equipment, lanes and contact details. If you become a client, we also handle documents you give us, such as your authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, rate confirmations, bills of lading and proofs of delivery.
How we use it
- To reply to you and discuss dispatch service.
- To provide the service under our dispatch agreement, including sending your setup packet to brokers for loads you approve.
- To prepare our weekly invoices and keep business records.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except as needed to provide the service you asked for or when the law requires it. Client information is also kept confidential under our dispatch agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and documents as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax, accounting and legal record-keeping needs, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we must keep it by law). Email info@dispatrust.com.
Changes
If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
